Last US troop to get out of Iraq by 20 December

BAGHDAD, Dec. 6 (AKnews) - The last US troop will withdraw from Iraq by 20 December, says Vice-Chairman of the Defense and Security committee says.

"The remaining US forces, about 10,000 troops, will be out of Iraq before 20 December" Iskandar Wattout told AKnews.

Under the Status Of Forces Agreement (SOFA) signed between Washington and Baghdad, the US forces will have to leave Iraq by the end of 2011.

BAGHDAD, disember 6 (AKnews) - pasukan tentera AS yang lepas akan menarik diri dari Iraq sebanyak 20 Disember, kata Naib Pengerusi Pertahanan dan Keselamatan jawatankuasa berkata.

"AS baki daya, kira-kira 10,000 tentera, akan keluar dari Iraq sebelum 20 Disember" Iskandar Wattout memberitahu AKnews.

Di bawah Status Of Angkatan Tentera (SOFA) Perjanjian ditandatangani di antara Washington dan Baghdad, tentera AS akan meninggalkan Iraq menjelang akhir tahun 2011.
